NIFTY CALL - NOVEMBER 12, 2010 - www.ashudutt.com

NIFTY CALL - The Nifty's range is 6,000-6,200 as of now. What we need to watch is if it falls below 6,000 because then the range becomes 5400-6000. There are so many skeptics in the market that any bad news will create this kind of fall. Questions is if skeptics have enought firepower to hold their short. I don't believe they do. They are fighting institutional investors who are pumping in large money as of now and hold major chunks of most major stocks

But what we have to watch is if the Chinese market fall turns into a rout. If it does and this infects Brazil, Chile etc, then there is a serious risk that the market will not just go below 6000, it will fall rapidly and steeply. Watch ETF heavy markets. Just this fall is not enough to change course
