- Even in value picks, one of the first things you should look at is the holding of the promoter and the Institutional investors. The promoter holds 29% and institutons about 6%. That leave a floating stock of around 65%. Thats too high for any stock(and I would like a promoter who believe in this company to hold more)

- Cash flows from operating activies are negative. I never like this indicator no matter what sales or profits a company reports
